One might assume that pregnancy discrimination simply extends to managers firing their pregnant employees in fear of the disruption they’d face at work. This couldn’t be farther from the truth.

We speak to a pregnant mother whose eyes were opened after facing pregnancy discrimination as a healthcare worker. She recounts the struggle to obey her doctor’s orders while ensuring her responsibilities at work were fulfilled at the risk of inducing early labour.
